Terms and conditions regarding reservations
A 500$ non reimbursable deposit is required to make reservations for the expedition package.
A 75$ non reimbursable deposit is required for the diving excursions.
The deposit is required within 15 days after the reservation, if not the expedition will be automatically cancelled.
Each excursion has a maturity date following the payment. The final payment has to be made 21 days before the departure of excursion, if not the excursion CAN be cancelled following the terms and conditions as explained below.
Any reservations made less than the 21 days before your departure, will have to be paid in full totality at the time of reservation.
Method of payment
The accepted payment methods are the following: debit, credit cards or PayPal.
All prices shown are in US Dollars and tax included*
The exchange rate is the rate applied by your financial institution at the time of the transaction.
No increases will be made after final payment.
A cancellation request must be emailed to NAB Aquatica. Cancellation fees are calculated between the date of the departure and the date that the cancellation request is made.
90 days +, before departure 500$ per person
60-90 days before departure 1000$
60-21 days before departure 50% of the cost of the expedition package.
Less than 21 days before departure 100% of the cost of the excursion.
No refund will be made for the diving excursions.
NAB Aquatica will do it’s best to respect the calendar details. However NAB Aquatica reserve the right to modify the elements in the reservations, if needed, for example the housing, flights and other services that cannot be attained due to the weather conditions, cancellations or other causes out of our control. Aquatica provide comparable services in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Departure date and itinerary are subject to modifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the company and confirm the departure and hour of registration.
Nab Aquatica will not be responsible if you miss your flight or if you are denied boarding.
NAB Aquatica is not responsible for any late or cancelled flights due to weather conditions, technical problems or any other problems that cause delays.
All participants have to be in good medical condition in order to participate in the diving excursions. The client is obliged to disclose all medical problems to NAB Aquatica before final payment. In case of false declarations on your health condition Nab Aquatica will not be held responsible.
The crossing from Cancun to the whales sharks and sailfish sites are in open sea, therefore please be prepared in case we are faced with rough seas. There are several over-the-counter remedies that can help you. In case you have a propensity to motion sickness or are concerned that you might develop symptoms, please prepare yourself with preventive measure.
We recommend you purchase trip insurance.
